Eligibility Requirements

Age ≤ 45. Completed specialty training in medical oncology, radiation oncology, head & neck surgery, robotic surgery, or biomedical engineering (MD-PhD preferred). Minimum four first-author PubMed papers (at least two in NPC, liver, or lung cancer, one IF ≥ 20 preferred). Active ESMO/ASCO/CSCO membership mandatory. English fluency (TOEFL ≥ 105 / IELTS ≥ 7.5); HSK-5 or Cantonese strongly advantageous. Valid GCP ≤ 3 years. Home institution leave letter guaranteeing return. Priority given to applicants with robotic surgery, AI contouring, 5G telemedicine, or nanoparticle delivery experience. Previous Chinese government scholarship >CNY 200,000 in past 5 years disqualifies.
